This week we have:

  1. Carrots (Ahoaho māra kai & Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  2. Cucumbers (Ahoaho māra kai & Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  3. Zucchini (Ahoaho māra kai & Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  4. Salad Mix - fill your own (Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  5. Microgreens or Coriander (Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  6. Beetroot - Red, Gold or Chioggia (Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  7. Choose 2: Fennel, Pak Choi and/or Kohlrabi (Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

  8. Tomatoes - large (800g-1kg bags) or cherry (350g) (Crooked Vege Ōtaki)

Zucchini

Summer is the time where zucchini makes it into every meal. But if you’re got a back log, or want something else to do with it, this is favourite zucchini preserve.

Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi is great roasted, grated as a substitute for cabbage in a salad/coleslaw/sauerkraut.
