O.S.a.  Pay-what-you-can  Vege  bags

Ō.S.A. (Ōtaki Supported Agriculture) is our most affordable way to get regular, locally grown, organic produce.

In collaboration with Ahoaho Māra Kai, Ō.S.A. is a weekly vege bag subscription.

We are experimenting with a pay-what-you-can or pay-it-forward model. This is a form of community sourced mutual aid, which improves access to local, sustainably grown kai for everyone.

Te  PAtaka  -  Honesty  Vege  Fridge

The  arcade,  57  Main  St,  Ōtaki
9-4pm  weekdays / Saturday  Mornings

Te Pātaka cuts out the middlemen (retailers and distribution companies taking a cut), aiming to create a fairer deal for vege growers and vege eaters who value good, locally grown food.

How it works

Te Pātaka is an honesty, self serve fridge for vege grown by locals who prioritise the environment and the community. You can pay via cash, or through the "MyHonestyBox" app. Currently it is stocked by ourselves, Ahoaho Māra Kai and Whānau Collective.

Find Te Pātaka at The Arcade, 57 Main St, Ōtaki - next to Decobikes.
